Lost lobby connection error 10 times a day -_-

When loading a window with characters or when I select a character to log in, I get an error "Lost lobby connection" with a probability of 30% and throws it out to enter the login and password window...

That has happened to me sufficiently often that it has started to irritate me, but not 30% of the time.
