The sound thst spiders make when they spot you. Most of them are ranged so you must go look for them and once tou hit them they try to run away and cannibalize other spiders. The most annaying creatures to interrupt your resource node gathering/chest looting.

Or just the character sound when weaving the jabs?

On the topic: templar ability sounds are really loud and quite annoying after playing for a few years: jabs/sweeps, solar barrage, backlash and morphs, BoL.
