Looking to see if my ticket will be resolved soon. Due to the nature of the issue, a CSR needs me to be offline to action it, and I have stayed offline over 48 hours now in order to allow access. Greatly looking forward to getting back into the game this weekend.

    Almost 72 hours without a resolution, in case anyone else checking the forums was wondering what the current wait times were like.

    Another quick update, in case anyone else checking the forums was wondering what the current wait times were...

    Approaching 96 hours without a resolution. I'm left to wonder, am I the only one experiencing this? From opening the ticket to the first response was 3 hours, then nothing since my reply four days ago.

    If I am online while a CSR tries to fix the issue, it is my understanding I will just be put to the bottom of the queue and told to be offline again.. I hope it is understandable why this would be discouraging for paying customers seeking resolution.

    Ended up being 5 days almost to the hour for resolution. Maybe this is still relevant for some of us waiting for tickets to be addressed.
