Can you please check ticket: 201216-006035 ?
I had submitted the ticket more than 2 weeks ago but it was through the game system so I am unsure if it was in the right place.

I had lost access to player trading/guild traders/player mailing but did not receive any warnings or messages about it so I can only speculate on why it happened with further details noted in the support ticket itself.
I am currently pushing for Tick Tock Tormentor and Gryphon Heart and am running out of spell power potions and food to raid with so please send help as soon as possible.

I know this is a third-world problem especially with all politics that are happening IRL and having several wonderful Trial communities to play with but I just wanted to update to say I have completed 3 Gryphon Hearts on different characters and the Tick Tock Tormentor prog that have all started and finished within the span of the 38 days that I have been social-banned (and counting; since 15th December).

I have stopped raid leading gear farms for my guildies to avoid further heart-breaks with pSiroria and pFG infernos etc that I don't need but can't pass along, and to preserve spell power pots. My friends now know only to call me for vAS poly farms that don't result in desirable gear sets.

I have not tried to update the ticket in the last 3 weeks and am still patiently waiting for my ticket to be seen.
I will start another Godslayer prog soon, fingers-crossed to hoping I won't have to continue doing writs and surveys for spell power pots for the next 2-3 months.
