How to make Necromancer better? Drop your ideas here!
I’ve finally been leveling my magcro and so many skills seem gimmicky and not in line with what anyone associates with necromancers — throwing skulls at people, summoning tombstones, weird transformations, etc.
Why do some skills deal fire damage and others frost? Disease or straight magicka damage or oblivion damage would all make sense where as elemental seems random and not fitting the theme.
The reanimation ultimate is the only good one in my opinion, as I created my magcro with the idea of having different ways of healing allies and some sort of control or power over undead.
Why is the summoning ultimate a half-emerged colossus that just pounds the ground? Summoning a bonelord would be in line with what NPC necromancers do.
Lots of good points and good ideas in this thread!
Necro is already insanely strong and I have a blast playing mine. The only thing I would suggest is get rid of certain skills being crimes. That *** is SO annoying and pointless
Since I roleplay a villainous vampire necromancer, I like the world responding to me appropriately.
Make that grave grasp ability into a melee skeleton summon. It can morph into a skelly that has heavy armor, has a S/S, and costs magicka, or a heavy armor that has a GS, costs stamina, and deals disease damage.
ive been wondering how many want a 'good' combat skelly, but maybe redo goliath into a death knight(and NOT flesh golem/atronach), and function just like bear.
