Random freezes and crashes

Hey!
I'm getting random freezes (game stops for 5-10 secs) at random times while playing, doing anything. Fighting, walking, running, opening inventory, literally anything.
Sometimes I don't get any freezes for hours, sometimes I experience them like 3 times in 10 minutes.
I wouldn't care that much, but if it occours during dungeons or battlegrounds my game simply closes without any crash warning, like when I'm alt+f4-ig out of the game.
My PC shouldn't be an issue, GeForce Experience suggests that I should have Ultra settings with native 2k. I'm not running these settings, I play with the High preset with 1080p resolution, so I always have 60 fps (vsync capped).
Hope somebody can help me, because it's getting pretty boring when I'm trying to do the daily first battleground, but I crash 3 times out of 4 games.
