How to Cancel ESO+
1) Go here: https://help.elderscrollsonline.com/app/incident
2) Billing
3) Platform
4) ESO Plus Issue
5) Refund Request

Apparently people are complaining that the patch that has already been released, has made the game even buggier.
Sound familiar?

Oh my god. I shouldn't laugh but the number of people I've seen popping off that they'll ditch ESO for Cyberpunk the moment it drops BECAUSE it's not going to be a buggy mess...

They fix everything that the know how to fix. Knowing is the issue. Reducing their cashflow won't result in magical fixes.

What a terrible analogy. Last I checked, Zos created ESO. It's more like Zos is Dr. Frankenstein and they can't diagnose the illness in their own monster.

How can you defend them? They SHOULD know what the problems are as many were posted on PTS forums. There are no excuse for those bugs getting into the game yet they did. Why? It was rushed way too early.
Stop defending them already and open your eyes. Not giving them money does indeed help as they are forced to work for the game and not ignore everything. This has gone too far already. Enough is enough.

If there was the unfortunate situation around an undiagnosed illness, the doctors would indeed do many tests. However, those same doctors would sit down with you to explain what they've done and talk in-depth about exactly what they are going to do next. They would take great care to fully explain any queries or concerns you may have. If they didn't, they would be revealed as useless doctors, and you'd find a different set.
Your analogy unfortunately doesn't fit with the seemingly inept bungling and accompanying silence we've all experienced.

Depending on what your illness is, or is suspected to be, the doctors will discuss it with their colleagues first, before coming to the patient

But they take less than six years to talk to the patient
