I don't see an exploit there. Its the strategic use of a consumable intended for exactly those situations were you don't want to get stunned interrupted or anything, which will stop you for the next 30 seconds to use any other potion. By that logic you could say Health potions are exploits, because they can stop the enemy from killing you.

But the logic isn't the same.

For some unstated reason, immovable potions grant you a form of CC immunity that is superior to other forms of CC immunity. Normally, named buffs and status effects are the same regardless of source. However, in this odd instance, immovable potions give CC immunity that prevents interruption whereas all other sources of CC immunity still permit interruption. ZOS should at least state if this outlier is intentional.

Its a fact that long ago when they changed how interrupts and cc immunity interact, objective channels (putting down camp, rezzing ppl, picking relic) were left out of the changes to be always interruptable. Unless I missed official patch note since then, changing objectives interrupt to work same as skill interrupts, this would have to be bug. Very stupid bug.

you are correct, it needs to be removed from the way they are using it in pvp.
i don't like it, and it is in my opinion an exploit.

an IMMOVABLITY potion makes you unable to be MOVED when rezzing someone. I see no problem....

I wouldn't put too much emphasis onto the name of the potion, unless you think that the user should be rooted in place for the duration of the immunity.

Besides, while being interrupted certainly triggers an animation, it's not like being hit with a knockback effect.

Can we disable Capture the Relic until this bug has been fixed? Every single game it´s the same exploit/abuse going on and more and more people abuse it now. Right before people pick up the relic they pop and immovable potion so you can´t interrupt them while they take the relic. This is the only counterplay to prevent someone from taking the relic and this exploit (and please don´t claim it´s not an exploit because it is) makes the entire game mode pointless to play.

Immovable revive has now been removed from the game, yet another nerf to small scale pvpers. Bring it back us small scale guys are no harm to the emperor or the keeps, we just want to be in the fight off to the side and if we get run over by a large group, then so be it, but at least give us that extra chance at another fight, as we don’t have a 50 players that can escape and throw up a camp, we don’t have 10 healers that can heal us through a revival nor do we want that, we just want immovable revives. Is that too much to as for the loyal players who learn to fight without 49 others at our side to fix our mistakes? Do we not deserve better than to have a bunch of nightblades camp our bodies till auto reset? If immovable revive can’t be changed back, then take the cool down off using a forward camp and the watch the zergs really cry

That is what the Immovability Potion is for. Not an exploit at all.

Nope, I was playing "years ago". CC immunity means you can't be bashed out of cast time abilities. Not rezzes and pickup animations. That's why you can bash the same rez over and over. No, this is new. Not this patch new, but a few months for sure.

Not new at all. Immovability potions have worked this way for many years. I've been using them for at least four years now. This is as intended and it's only for a max of 10.4 seconds with Alchemy Medicinal Use unlocked. It has already been nerfed from a longer time to what it is now.
