Xbox One "patch required" bug

Started the game on my Xbox One and it did some forced update; restarted it and it keeps telling me that a patch is required, that I need to download and install it. I've tried rebooting the Xbox multiple times but still the same issue. Please help!

Hey, me and my boyfriend are having the same issue. Turned on xbox, there was some mini update eso was downloading, and after it did, we are getting the same error.
Not sure what to do, can’t seem to log in at all
