Nyzchaleft freezing on PS4

I saw some reddit posts regarding this but not sure if this is the place to post. Playing on PS4, everytime I've gone to fight Nyzchaleft in Wrothgar, my screen has frozen. Screen stays in mid action, but none of the ingame menus or buttons work. I'm able to hit the PS4 button and back out to the PS4 main menu and subsequently close the application. When I log back in, I'm in the same spot, but dead.
