What if I purchased greymoor on steam while my account is under 72 hours suspension?

The main reason that makes me upgrade to grey moor is the 67% off sale event. the problem is my account was banned for 72hours due to inappropriate chat, and still has 50+ hours to go.
Will this suspension affects the upgrading, If I buy it now, do I have to redo the purchase after the releasing of my account.

A temporary suspension on your ESO account will not affect the purchase of DLC, so you wouldn't need to redo the purchase when the suspension ends.The Elder Scrolls Online: Tamriel Unlimited - ZeniMax Online Studios
