Quick question: Shield Wall

Does Shield Wall count as blocking while active? I know what the tooltip says but I'm wondering if the ultimate would also trigger sets and abilities that require blocking. Specifically Frozen Watcher. I'm wondering if I could use the ultimate to sprint with the block blizzard surrounding me.

Heh. Yea. My crazy ideas are what wins battles though. Meta pvp'ers usually don't adapt their strategies and just use the same old tactics all the time. I'm the kind of player who exploits that weakness to great success.

Its probably more about the chilled effects. Seen some builds utilize that set very well for that reason.

Also considering that shield wall block procs Harbinger I am gonna assume it also activates frozen watcher but cannot confirm 100%

Actually it'll be for doing stuff in pvp and being able to do stuff while still "blocking". I'm not going into details because I don't want ZOS to nerf this new build I'm making but to put it simply I found a way to increase the 1365 per second damage Frozen Watcher does to 10k a second. Imagine a player sprinting to you surrounded by a blizzard that does 10k damage a second while defending a keep.
