[Urgent] Missing 19,800 crowns from year subscription renewal
My account yearly subscription successfully renewed November 2nd same time as Markarth DLC release. I have slow Wifi and couldn't play until November 7th. When my download finally completed. Only I found out I don't have the 19,800 crowns added to my account. I can still access Craft bag, DLC's, ESO plus deals because I have the free statuette. I just don't have my crowns. Please fix this.
