Ring of the Wild Hunt should work even if you're mounted

Except this is Elder Scrolls and the Wild Hunt is something different here. The name is fine without mount speed.

The Wild Hunt sure is fascinating though. The idea that cute, unassuming little elves from the woods with little pointy ears and tiny sharp canines could become the very embodiment of chaos, transforming into Eldritch horrors and completely wrecking everything in their path... it now makes sense why they make furniture and fences from bone and leather.

Indeed it is. I do love bosmer so. Fascinating race.

If we should reason the bonuses of the ring with lore, then it definitely shouldn't have a mount bonus because all mounts would be killed and eaten! Don't think a horse would be happy to have a shapeshifting horror on its back either.

Nope. Sorry but its an overkill. Its already broken ring, why make it worse?
Currently with full stam character and with that ring. you already faster than a horse on lvl20. So i vote no. The idea could work, but this would be overkill and almost p2w.

Also, what is the badness in the idea that you believe would make it "worse"? Who gets hurt if somebody can move through towns or down roads faster?

Because its already broken. the speedbuff is strong. beside there is no other item at all which changing your horse stats. why this should be? if surely then add a new one as i said which changing your mount stats. but as a different item. not as the same.

If slower is better, would you be in favor of an across-the-board cut to the movement speeds everybody already has?
