Cooking recipes missing from brewers/chefs.

Just started new toon and daily crafting and was surprised to find recipes are missing from brewers and chefs.
If it was already answered i didn't found it.

just found it myself and i see it is the same. thx.
with character with maxed crafting they are visible.
