No writ recipes available from chef and brewer npcs on some characters

A character I created with the Markarth update cannot purchase any recipes for daily crafting writs from the brewer and chef npcs (they just have no recipes available for purchase for that character). So far it is only this one character affected, so I thought it might be an issue with new characters, but some people on a thread over Reddit are having the issue with slightly older characters as well (https://www.reddit.com/r/elderscrollsonline/comments/jnb7a5/cant_buy_recipes_for_daily_writs/).

If I switch characters to a character with max level provisioning, I can buy all of the recipes for all levels of writs for all 3 alliances from the npcs, but the affected character sees no recipes at all no matter their level or provisioning level.

I had the same problem with a 2-3 month old character (don't remember really when created him). Just came to chief and brewer and there was nothing except food and drinks. Bought recepies with another character.
And I saw my guildmate complaining about not being able to buy recipes

A guild mate was complaining about not being able to buy the recipes but I've no idea when his char was created.

Tip: Have a friend craft a small stack of the 6 items you need for your writs until it's fixed. Daily Provisioning writs do not have an account or character restriction in order to complete. Can also do on another character that knows the recipes. Just place the crafted items in the bank. Lazywritcrafter will automatically grab the items you need from the bank.

@ZOS_GinaBruno of the two he has up what one is already known and being fixed ? chef/brewer being out of recipes or food not working right as the chef/brewer bug hit me tonight when lvling up new crafter and im not big on walk arounds in an game i put full $$$$ into as well as extra $$$$ for in game items , seems if you pay the price and support the game too you shouldnt have to do walk arounds to everything in it for months at an time just because no one that runs the game wants to fix things as they come about just find an way around it and call it good

Hey everyone, wanted to confirm this achievement is not currently working properly, but we are testing a fix for it and hope to get it into the next incremental patch. Thanks!
