Ouroboros Crates to wrong server?

A guild mate who complained about getting very few Crates from watching streams all day (we play on EU) logged into NA to check there and found lots of Ouroboros Crates. So I did the same and found 57 there as well :o
So, how does this work? Do we get those crates twice every time we drop one, one for EU and one for NA, or does it randomly decide to which server it gets sent?

You should receive an Ouroboros Crate (through Twitch Drops) on any megaserver where you have logged in, assuming your account is linked. So if you have logged into PC NA and EU, you will receive Crates on both megaservers.

I submitted a ticket about not receiving drops the last few events despite spending several hours on twitch every day drops are enabled and they gave me the usual back and forth about linking accounts until basically telling me sucks to suck until they referred me to a "Specialist" on the matter. Whatever that means...

I've yet to hear back from them since.

Make sure your twitch thinks you are 'online'. Even then something is haywire atm - I've had a crate for a period I didn't use twitch and I'm missing one at least when I did recently.
