Is it me or Major Gallop from Rapid Maneuver doesn't work after patch?

No it isn't. It just doesn't work. It doesn't apply the Major Gallop bonus.1 -

perfiction✭✭✭✭✭In my case it gives Major Gallop buff (at least LUI shows it in my buffs), but my speed is not changed at all.2 -

✭✭This feels like a good candidate for a problem devs just may be bit slow to notice. Now - if it really has stopped working for everyone - people who lost it have no acute need to get rapids back. And database hamsters don't have to serve players swooping thru zones at max speed.

Leteney✭✭✭Yup, I noticed that as well. Or rather I noticed that when mounted and with rapid manouver active I move slower then I did pre-patch.
At least that's what it felt like to me and I was hoping to find some answers here on forum.
The Major Galop shows as active in current buffs but doesn't seem to have any effect.

✭I think this bug might be related to a bug I'm seeing with Boundless Storm.
My UI says that I'm being protected whenever I activate it (it gives resistances), but it feels like I'm getting hit just as hard as if I've never activated the shield. Also, the health bar hasn't changed (usually, when I activate it, the health bar looks a little bit differently until it de-activates. But now the health bar looks exactly the same as if there is no buff).

✭✭I had a different odd bug with retreating maneuvers. I seem to get the speed boost. But if I am not mounted and there's a guard very close to my reticle, I get the "you cannot attack this target because you have prevent attacking innocents option on". While I do have the option selected, I'm not clear why it would ever apply to maneuvers, which neither requires a target, or does any damage or debuff.0 -

xAarionx✭✭✭I can also confirm. Although I'm not sure if the major galop is the issue, a noticed an overral lost of speed When riding obverall, it's like my skill is not maximized.
Either that or major gallop is not giving 30% buff

Beaverton✭✭✭It seemed like the galloping animation was speeding up and slowing down randomly for me while sprinting with charging maneuver activated. It didn't seem as if my speed was actually changing though as I was moving at a constant rate compared to my group mates.Chook (fill in the blank) or Chookana (likewise): I learn more by dying so teach me some more!0 -

Agreed. I noticed it immediately. The fact that they haven't added this to the "known issues" tracker is worrisome. I think its going to be quite some time before we get back to normal with mount speed (if ever).2 -
