✭✭✭✭✭Well, we've got a dog already, and I don't feel like changing litter boxes, keeping the house from burning down, oiling the dwemer gears, mucking the pony/guar stables, or cleaning the cages/terrariums for the more exotic animals.
Maybe one of the torchbug pets could do for a nightlight.

✭✭✭✭✭Almost any of the cats. I've been catless IRL for years now - the first time in my very long life. When I was born, my parents had about 35 cats (formerly feral) and various of them acted as baby blankets for me. But after my last old girl died in 2014, I didn't find another, because we had an "only dog" by that time, and I really didn't want the dog who never had had a cat to feel jealous.
So.... any of the cats....1 -
