I made myself a solo PVE build and I can’t decide between two builds to use. Any thoughts or ideas on them will help greatly. I’m thinking of using overwhelming surge but I’m not sure how effective it is for PVE, all I see people talk about it is for PVP. And I don’t use trial gear because I can’t get enough people to run them and I generally play alone.
