When taking on the last boss on the main Markarth mission the lady from the ancient vampire's race when you use the portals to mitigate damage to kill her after the second one you fall threw the map in a endless display of sorry we didn't fix anything.
Bug 2 forums when a person scrolls down the page with the middle mouse button the page does not scrolls monthly and is jumpy was reported a month ago and te month before that and the month before that. Still not addressed or fixed either.
