I understand forum moderation shouldn't be discussed on the forums, but I would like to know if and what the appropriate channels are to discuss such things beyond a generic copy and paste response. Thanks for any insight.

It's not super clear what you're asking, @BigBragg ... so I'll give a broad overview.

Technical issues, account help or recovery (including account bans), logging in, billing, or in-game issues with your characters ... these always start at the Online Support page. Often times they can lead to a Support ticket.

If you need to report a player, you can do that either in-game or here in the forums by PM'ing a friendly Forums Mod.

If you want to report a game bug, you can also do that in-game using "/bug" or in the Bugs section of the forums.

If you have feedback about the game, you can do that in-game using "/feedback" or in the appropriate forums section.

@Taleof2Cities but what if there's issue with moderation itself? Like, if one feels that they got unfair ban for example? Is support the only option then?

    Yes.

Bans are not discussed in the forums or through a Forums Mod PM.

    Greetings all,

We hope to clear somethings up with this post.

Per Community Rules users are not permitted to discuss moderation actions on the forums, even if said moderation was done to a post that wasn't yours. If you have questions about why an action was taken on one of your posts you can reach out to a moderator to discuss the matter further. Please remember to engage the moderators respectfully or they may not respond.

If you wish to appeal an action you can do so by responding to the email that is sent to you or by creating a new support ticket on our support site. Additionally keep in mind the decision of the appeals team is final.

I hope this has clarified any questions on the matter, if you have further questions you can ask a moderator and they will answer to the best of their ability. Thank you for you understanding.
