✭✭✭✭✭I've tried it and died.... I'm just not a good bomber but I didn't use leap so you might fair better!
Now that being said get Swarming Scion + Elf Bane + Grothdarr + Engulfing Flames + Burning Embers. Have fun with all the havok that creates in a laggy Cyrodiil environment.

✭Im vamp ult bombing for some time. Its way better then destro ult but you have to reload ult after every bomb since you cant ultigen in vamp formclass representative for the working class, non-cp, bwb and Trolling0
