The heavy attack proc of this set is either not working OR it is instantly being consumed by the heavy attack itself at which point why not just make it add damage to heavy attacks. OR why not change other heavy attack sets to work like this so they don't do double damage for dual wield builds.

Is this a new problem? I tested it a couple of weeks ago on a dummy and it was buffing my deep fissures by a very noticeable amount.

In my testing, this set works as advertised only on Lightning and Resto Heavy Attacks. On Flame and Ice only the Heavy Attack itself is buffed. Granted this appears to be about a DPS wash on a dummy test. I'm still not sure whether the sustain portion of this set makes it worth running compared to Knight Slayer.

Even on the channeled Heavies, you have to be quick to get off the next Direct Damage or the buff is lost. It seems like the Heavy Attack portion should be changed to something like "the next direct damage Active Skill within 3 seconds", so long as that excludes Light and Heavy attacks.

Yeah that seems to be the case, the duration is to low and it's consumed on use in most cases would be cool if it worked though
