Clarification about Imperial Charity Writs

However, this year there are several new Imperial Charity Writs which, along with the Deep Winter Charity Writs that still drop, all count toward prior achievements involving these writs.
There's only currently one achievement to my knowledge for New Life writs, which was the Newly Charitable achievement, but the quote says "prior achievements" plural. Just want to have some clarification about if the Deep Winter and Imperial Charity Writs are now counting towards the Newly Charitiable achievement and can get people the Crystalfrost skin that way. Thank you!
