Class change token

Absolutely not. We don't need any more things making this game pay to win. This would just incentivize ZOS to nerf base Classes into the ground in order to sell their premium Classes even more.

Zos as there are already numerous threads on this subject can we close down some

    [snip]

I think this thread is informative for ZOS and shows a lot of how many feel about these things, is written politely and staying constructive. Merging threads instead of closing some would be more informative for the Devs to get feedback that has actual revenue value. Free customer feedback and what they would like to purchase in these times.

But, here.. let me help you with your mission of closing a perfectly good topic and let us make one impressive summoning spell i learned from Vanus Galerion and see if the mighty @ZOS_ConnorG can be conjured here to go through this topic and close it down if feels it should be done. :p

I am pretty sure this is a long shot of a request and I say that compared to such previous requests like the alliance change token. There are solid business reasons why Zos would be reluctant to offer such an option, starting with the cost being on par with the most expensive homes if not more.

The issue most players already play alts so the market of those who play in such a limited manner is pretty small. Further, Zos makes money off that since many people will buy mounts and costumes specifically for a new alt so they would be losing that revenue from some players who would be on the fence of creating yet another alt of just changing one of their three sorcs to a new class. Then we have all the skill lines and sky shards we can not purchase in the guild store, which is the foundation for why a class change token would be absurdly expensive.

The reason Zos game for not doing the alliance change token earlier was the change was complicated to design. For a class change token, it looks more like it is not a very smart business move.

Yep, that is why i am also thinking that when it happens, it will be by far the most expensive Token out. Still most people would have alts and spend on them like before, but this token will be for same people who rather buy Alliance token than grind a new character for that Alliance.

Gonna happen at next Chapter or inside the next year after that. For this i am certain. But if not, someone can poke me in direct message and say i was wrong.. i do not expect to get such a message though, it will happen. :p

They should give players a bunch of character slots, like maybe 8.

They have to add the class change tokens at some point. You should also not be confused about the No/Yes situation on Alliance Tokens. The No doesnt mean "No, never" it means "Not now or in the near future". Which means it cna turn into a "Yes".

Given that tehy stated they dont want to add more character slots the only way forward is class change tokens. Many players have reached the character limits and the only choice they have is not play a character or delete it. Given how long research and riding alone take thats not a suitable option. Personally i would realy like to change my old main character into a class that i find more fun now.
    2. ZoS should make class change token ONLY avaible to characters who have done Cadwells Gold, assuming that the majority of people who want class change token have done A LOT regarding quests and other grindy activities, I would assume that they have done Cadwells Gold.

I disagree on this. You can put alot of work into a character without even remotely finishing this. Also it would solve the issue of full character slots. Now many players have a full complement of characters any some may need to switch a class to be able to start using them or repurposing them.

Account Wide Achievements is better imo. Waaay better. But ZOS more likely will do class change token rather than "AWA".

Youre aware that Stamina Warden and Stamina Necro are already overperfoming by a long shot in PvP, yes?

Also there are people like me who have 18 max level characters. ZOS is losing money on people like me. I want to play on my main 100% of the time and will buy a class change token every time a class gets stale. I have nothing else to spend money on in this game.

Class change token would be good, simply from a class balance perspective.

People would switch to whatever class is most op / broken. ZOS would see huge class population disproportion, nerf most used class & buff least used class.

Sure, there is a risk of new "paid" class being stronger... but we already have Warden, Necro and NB in a same game, so it can not get any worse in terms of class balance.

I'd definitely buy one if they existed. Playing the same class all the time gets stale, but I'm not willing to split all that character-specific progress across multiple characters.

I have 8 alts. I have not played 5 characters for a very long time, only craft daily. I would really like that I had the opportunity to change their class., Instead of a new character. I don't want to have a whole army of characters.

Not only AWA but making game achievements Steam achievements, like many games do. Seriously, why no achievements on Steam?
