Greetings,
As per subject, I created a ticket a while ago and on September, Friday 25th I got told that it would've been handled on Monday or Tuesday. On Monday 28th I received an email about the ticket, "Bethesda Customer Support Survey", and the ticket was marked as solved in my account page. However no action has been taken and the matter of the ticket wasn't addressed, and despite the support page showing "Read answer provided" there was no answer to be read.
So I updated the ticket to include this information, but more than 24 hours have passed and I haven't gotten an answer back. I'm afraid customer service might've forgotten about it, or some confusion might've happened.
I'd be grateful if someone could look into this, the ticket number is 200919-005408.
