Yes, that's true, and I love the caravans/dockmasters. However, this request is for people who want to explore the world on foot and really get immersed in Tamriel.

(On the topic of caravans/dockmasters--I do wish their routes were based on geography, rather than quest order, but that's another conversation altogether.)
