Is Lord Falgravn's Lightning bug fixed on PTS

Currently on live, Lord Falgravn's "lightning conductor" mechanic is bugged and doing abnormaly high damage, causing wipes even in experienced groups.

I haven't seen a word on this in PTS patch notes. Did anybody happen to try Lord Falgravn and his mechanic, wheter it's fixed on the PTS?
