1st Warden - While minor vulnerability got a nerf there's still a lot that puts them as best of best.
* Major Toughness,
* Minor Fortitude/Endurance/Intellect: Increased to 20%, up from 10% - so Stamina and magicka regain by 20 percent
* Major Maim: Decreased to 10%, down from 25% and Minor Protection: Decreased to 5%, down from 8%. Only class with both
* Major Resolve: Increased to 5948, up from 5280 for group
* Easy synergy for alkoash plus another not so easy one. Also only class with unquie morphs on synergies. So possible x4
*
* Major defile is there really want it (cough vka)
* aoe (though strainght line) debuff for restiances.
2 Necro
Empower:
This buff now applies to all Light, Medium, and Heavy Attacks for its duration, and is no longer consumed on use.
The following sources of Empower now last 3 seconds, down from 5 to reflect the change that Empower is no longer consumed:
Aegis of Galenwae
Might of the Guild
Empowering Grip
Wrecking Blow
Ambush
Minor Resolve: Increased to 2974, up from 1320.
Warden's got a lot going for it, but can't ignore that necro got major and minor Vulnerability, and now they fixed empowered on them so no need for galwene with necro on field. There's also minor protection option too for group... though minor protection only goes on 6 people so meh. Also the save the dead ultimate can be a gave changer for progression. Also with warden and necro you got both defensive resistance buffs for allies.
* Aoe restiances debuff
* Can remove negative effects aoe
3 Sorc
* Unique Pen debuff
* access to synergy
* trashy negate magic
* Magicka regain to allies 20 percent (warden has stamina and magicka so...)
4 Dk - So easiest class to use zen's on, and proc roaring Opportunist without jorvulds. Still case of unqiue skills can be made to be easier on dk dps or dk tank especially with them being more popular. There group shield also clashes with most popular tank class.
* Engulfing Flames
* Stone gaint
5 Templar - Okay here me out..., Templar is loses it's unquie peneration debuff as now bow and shield and sword can do it. Aoe defile is nice... but never ever needed in PvE as 4 cases that need (could use it) are only single target. Zos makes debuffs all messy and random so ritual is mysterious when it's procs it's synergy compared to sorc, or warden. What it does have is easiest class to use still going for it. As it has largest aoe heal in game by far, along with easier to use speed buff, and magicka steal then compared to nightblade. Still sorc has unique pen and dk has unique damage buffs so down bottom it goes.
Lady Thorn:
Sanguine Burst’s Major Maim now lasts 8 seconds, up from 5.
Reduced the cooldown per target to 20 seconds, down from 30.
Non unique pen debuff
Major defile for rare cases it needed but not access as warden
Class magicka steal
situational unique class synergy
speed
There's a set that gives major maim
6 NIghtblade - There's no lost in using a nightblade, but defiantly would shine more if speed was important in PvE content. Unfortunately what it does ... other classes just do better. Templar gives speed better for stacks, along with aoe magicka steal. The unique defensive debuff though does make them more unquie then number 5, but to many other issues to move up ladder.
* Minor cowardice - but losses aoe heal in process
* Speed buff to allies but small range
