Having Trouble Purchasing Greymoor

I have tried everything I can think of to purchase Greymoor with a payment I use all the time for the game but it will not let me finish the transaction.

What error are you getting when you attempt your purchase?

@ZOS_BillE it was saying the transaction was not being authorized, but seems to have resolved when website maintenance finished the following day.
