WW Berserker reverted and won't morph back

I discovered a fun thing when I hopped onto my WW stamsorc earlier to do some set testing. She's got the Berserker morph on live, and every other PTS cycle I've taken part in she's had that morph, but today the skill had reverted back to level one of the base skill, Werewolf Transformation. I don't have any skill points on her on live, and she also didn't have any on the PTS, which means that the skill reverted but didn't give me back the point.
I leveled the base skill back to four so I could morph it, and then went out to get a Skyshard since I already had two. With the skill point that gave me I morphed the skill...right back to level one Werewolf Transformation. I didn't have the skill point anymore either, which means it took it, only to reset the skill entirely rather than actually morph it.
I've already put in a bug report for it, and now I'm just wondering if anyone else has run across this. I wonder if the changes to some of the WW skills so they passively give you their buffs if you slot them outside of WW form has something to do with it.
