Minor Brittle not working with Elemental Weapon and Concentrated Force

Hi,
After testing on PTS I've noticed that Minor Brittle procs only from Chilled applied from frost damage. Proccing Chilled, while having Frost staff equipped, either via Elemental Weapon ability or Concentrated Force set does not apply Minor Brittle.
PS: I've tested actual critical damage as addons can't track Minor Brittle yet.
