✭✭✭✭✭You've completed the Support ticket with ZOS ... which is the main item to follow up with on crown scammers.
It's also good to report the scammer with your platform's crown brokerage Discord.
On PC it's Tamriel Crown Exchange (PC-NA) or World Crown Exchange (PC-EU).
