Missing penetration from trial dummy

I looks like the new minor and major breach values (2974 and 5948) are not being applied to the trial dummy. On both mag and stam I'm missing about 6.7k penetration (which is about what those two add up to). My Spell Precision and Piercing CP's have remained unchanged.

✭✭Major Breach is also not being applied to the 3 and 6 mil dummies using Elemental Drain.1
