Reaper's Mark just lost its already niche uses

Reaper's Mark has been fun to use in some solo scenarios. But its damage benefit just got cut by 60% with the Major Berserk nerf. And its benefit of offering both Major Breach and Major Fracture is no longer an advantage over Elemental Drain.

It's hard to think of any reason for using Reaper's Mark in its current form. Even a 2.5x extension of Major Berserk's duration would not restore the skill to its previous widely-denigrated state of "usefulness".

    lol was thinking the exact same thing... just add it to the ever growing pile of weak and redundant NB skills.

    NB needs a rework.

    It's such a bad move lol. At least it's better than Ambush. That got nerfed even though it's worse than stampede; a non-class specific gap closer.

    At least you have some kind of uptime on heem jaas. Wasting a global cooldown for reapers mark just so its cleansed before the target dies is trash. Mark should be of global cooldown or should be applied automatically if slotted and you use the nb execute

    New idea, make it a self buff which gives you 1000 penetration, 50 spell and weapon damage, and everytime you kill an enemy, increase your penetration by 1000, spell and weapon damage by 50 up to a maximum of 5000 penetration and 250 spell and weapon damage.

    Heem-Jas' Retribution U27:
    5 items: When you are within 28 meters of an enemy you are in combat with, and the enemy dies, you gain Major Berserk for 5 seconds, increasing your damage done by 25%.

    Reaper's Mark U27:
    When a marked enemy dies, you heal for 5597, and you gain Major Berserk, increasing your damage done by 25% for 5 seconds.

    Heem-Jas' Retribution U28:
    Increased the duration of Major Berserk on proc to 10 seconds, up from 5.

    Reaper's Mark U28:
    ...

    So U27 they basically provided the same Major Berserk buff on kill, but U28 Heem-Jas' gets the duration extended, Reaper's Mark not. I know it's comparing apples to oranges, but was this because Heem-Jas needed a buff (from an armour set viewpoint, (it also got 129 weapon damage with U28)), and Reaper's Mark didn't (from an active skill viewpoint)?
