Major Berserk and Shock Atro

It should give 6 players major berserk on use or synergy use; especially to account for that major berserk is now 10% and to balance well with necro major vuln.
It will cost a little less but give half the group instead of entire group the similar buff.
Would also give sorcs something more to bring to a group.

    Feels like an oversight more than anything, considering all other sources of Major Berserk had changes to help compensate for the nerf.

    Whatever the case, it needs to be addressed, whether it's your suggestion, or increasing the uptime to 16 seconds up from 8, or something else.

    im partial to the buff applying to multiple people. i drop my atro and one person gets to have fun with higher dps while everyone else waiting on scraps

    Storm Atro should mimic WM/MA in practice. Cast Ult and Nearby Allies gain the buff. Simple and easy.

    Agree, it should be treated as Colossus, colossus gives benefit to entire group, so should Sorc's Atro.

    This is a great idea and hopefully gets implemented. Would really help give sorcs something to offer on trial situations.

    Keep in mind that there were next to no changes to class abilities this update, and they stated the focus this update was on rebalancing the armor sets. They also stated that they plan to do more after Markarth, which is when they would likely edit the other ability sourced buffs like the sorc’s major berserk. Until then sorcs will be putting up with a slight nerf for 4 months.

    Sure, but they doubled other sources of major berserk, while reworking/doubling major vulnerability for Necro's. I think at the very least, it would of been fair to double Sorc's major berserk too.
    Unchained Aggressor:
    • Increased the duration of Major Berserk granted to 12 seconds, up from 6.
    • Reduced the cooldown to 14 seconds, down from 16.

    Heem-Ja’s Retribution:
    • This set now also grants up to 129 Weapon Damage when wearing 5 pieces.
    • Increased the duration of Major Berserk on proc to 10 seconds, up from 5.

    Frozen Colossus:
    • Removed this Ultimate and the morphs’ Major Vulnerability invulnerability.
    • Increased the duration of Major Vulnerability applied from these to 12 seconds per hit, up from 8. This will increase the total duration to 15 seconds per cast.
    We have not done a full pass on class abilities since the SBE system is generally meant to be designed for non-abilities; that said, we will keep a close eye on class functionality in PvE and PvP due to these changes.

    The above quote shows they said they havn't done a true pass on classes, but they did say they would keep a close eye. All the more reason to shout from the rooftops that some of the class skills are busted after the reworks to their major/minor buffs.

    Would like to see it buffed, but the thing is that the Atronach is already one of the strongest ultimates 😅. At least it should Buff yourself too and not only the synergy user and the Atro and ofc a longer duration..

    It is so good that it's already the best single target ultimate even on stamsorc, but yes. The synergy makes me a bit sad. It is a really good buff (pre nerf...), but I see it being wasted so often, not that many sorcs aim it at other players. The synergy range is very short. And on some occasions it didn't even appear for some people that were correctly placed.

    Which is a grave *** mistake, you can't change a bunch of buffs without re-evaluating classes as well.

    Not to mention many classes passives on the original classes don't make sense anymore, they could come up with morphs for different roles for passives or learn to balance better, certain passives like "increase x seconds for skills" are long overdue for a rework and should be implemented into the skill itself.

    Anyways, shock atro should have been adjusted the day necromancer came out.
