I can't find any info online.
It doesn't mention in the store https://store.playstation.com/en-gb/product/EP1003-CUSA00086_00-SKYRIM0000000000
Where the base game clearly states it comes with all previous chapters https://store.playstation.com/en-gb/product/EP1003-CUSA00086_00-GREYMOORFULLSTD0

The purchase options are unnecessarily complicated.
