Unable to log onto my ESO account on the ESO website

I'm unable to log onto my ESO account on the website and I can't reset my password either. Can anyone advise me on what to do please? Thank you.

Start an account recovery ticket on the Support website, @tuanh.

Chose the category that is "closest" to your issue.

Be sure to list the ticket number in your thread here.
