social ban for a while

I had a social ban for a while now without a reason and I contacted Bethesda and submitted a ticket, after I got it I replied with my problem but didn't get a response yet, and its been days this social ban is really annoying and frustrating it blocks me from guild stores and banks and no one can see what I write in chats other than guild chat I really need help with this its keeping me from playing ESO and I really like playing it and its during the event which is the worst time to get this kind of problem.
please help me with this I need this social ban to stop so I can finally play properly, thank you.

    How long since you submitted the ticket? Because average response time from dupport is 10 business days. Further please note that any update you make to your ticket while waiting for their response pushes it to the back of the queue.

    hi, I don't mean to disturb you but my ban is still up and no one contacted me, I really love the game and never meant to be mean to anyone if you can please remove this ban it would mean a lot to me, I want to play very badly and wish I could. thank you
