Is there a reason why DW tree is lackluster for PVP? @DEVELOPERS

Rending, including the initial hit, only does like 20% more damage than dizzy does, but it does it over 10 seconds. A 10 second melee applied dot should not be doing like ~1.2x a spammable over 10s, I've honestly never seen such low damage from dots in any game. I don't think I've ever seen anyone use it without stinging slashes because the damage is just such garbage that it ends up as a wasted slot.

I also think Flurry should be equal to Dizzy in tooltip damage. It's a shorter cast but you can "miss" half the hits or if you miss the very last hit, the damage is terrible. It definitely needs a buff and some incentive to use. The extra damage to make it worth using just isn't there.

Another problem with just being on your dual wield bar compared to your 2h bar is the Battle Rush passive. I realize dw has execute passives, but the last thing I want to do when running 2h/dw is end up on my dw bar when I kill someone because I miss out on the passive. DW needs a passive that will provide you with some benefit for killing a player like 2h does. This is one of the main reasons I can't give up Executioner and slot a dw execute, or wouldn't want to finish players with Flurry even if I had it slotted.

Blade Cloak could use a duration buff in general. It's an expensive ability and does very little damage, it's generally not worth using unless you're using it for niche purposes, like proccing specific enchants on your opposite bar with a charged weapon in a duel or something. Otherwise, there's just no point and you're better off slotting Elude, since if you're running dw you're probably running medium anyway.
