So I made a mistake. I was being silly with a friend and sent them a few hundred 'x's over the course of 3 or so messages to get them to add me to their party. I believe this triggered the automated spam detection system and subsequently caused me to receive a social ban. Please unban me, I wont do it again! Not being able to trade gear after a dungeon or raid or buy and sell supplies from the guild traders is such a hassle. My food, poison, and pot supplies are starting to dwindle.

Please help.

@ZOS_BillE of one of their sidekicks can check to make sure the ticket is in the right queue. Things are pretty backed up due to COVID.

Just a rule of thumb with gaming CS tickets (and for sure with ESO CS) updating tickets when Zos has not responded or creating multiple tickets for the same issue pushes the ticket back to the start of the queue making wait times longer. However, if Zos does respond, even with an auto-response then do reply.

    Good luck

Thank you for this. I have seen the same advice and am patiently waiting for my ticket to get processed. It is currently 'Under Review'
