I recently got a reply from your support staff that as a "one-time" solution for being hacked, and after the hacker had charged a return of his money. my account was now finally unbanned.
I had waited patiently and didn't expect to just get unbanned as I offered to pay for the charge-backs, Your staff was very helpful and made my day by telling me that my account was unbanned for real and that I only needed to do a better job to not get hacked again, also change my password and that the last remaining crowns and Greymoore DLC where taken from the account.
I was so relieved by this and started playing right away after changing my password. But I just noticed that the social ban that was given before to let me pay for these charge-backs a few months back (Which I couldn't do because I became homeless), Is apparently still active... from what I understood from the response on my latest ticked to try and get my account back was that I had been un-banned for real this time and that this was a one-time solution and that if something happens in the future, my account will be disabled till eternity.
I think there has been an error while unbanning my account to where my social ban from before is currently still active, Last time I tried to contact customer support there was an automatic response that my account charge-backs had not been paid and that it would still get disabled. Back then I just thought I was unbanned but apparently not.
From what I had heard from friends was that I could ask on the forums what is currently going on, in which I
had to seek for contact with support staff @ZOS_BillE or someone else from their team.
My support ticked was as follows:

The one that told me I was free to play again was:

I could include his message, that stated I was free to play again and that he had done some account management to take the stuff that I had no right to to have. However I think that wouldn't be necessary since you can find my ticket by searching your database.
I would love to participate in any social happening within the game, and pay my fee's to the trading guilds I had applied for.
Hopefully it's possible to release my account from it's social ban, and I hope I will not get suspended again since I just re-read the response from RJ S. many times now and don't see why I would have a social ban now. I just think it's an error within his account-management he did before unbanning my account.
