Can I please know why the hell charge skills are not working anymore?

Since last patch, all my charge abilities are greyed out and I can't use them in pvp zones, not even on mobs. Did they change something and I missed it? Dk leap doesn't work, Templar Toppling Charge doesn't work, basically all charge+stun skills are greyed out and I can't use them at all.
