If you like console sure it’s the thing for you but if not than skip it.
No add-ons?
That right there tells me everything I need to know about the kind of experience it would be.
@linuxlady , thanks for your review.
Think ESO on stadia is more so you can play outside home unless you have an gaming laptop.Don’t get me wrong, it was nice not to have to wait for the usual install business. But aside from that just - no. No addons and my controller wasn’t working and there was no setting to enable controller support. 4K was awful slow too. 1080p was alright. But after a few minutes I requested a refund. Don’t know if I’ll get it but I canceled stadia. If you like console sure it’s the thing for you but if not than skip it.

Hmm, for me the performance is far better than console (super short load screens, no crashing in Cyro) so I’ve found myself playing on my new Stadia account more than my old console account. My controller (XBox) linked just fine. As far as add-ons, I may be at a disadvantage for not using them, but coming from console, it’s not like I was using them then had them taken away, so eh. It’s just generally a far less frustrating time playing compared to console. Maybe that says more about console performance than it does Stadia’s.😬
I move too often to get a legit gaming computer (last one I had didn’t even last a single move) so Stadia is my only option for playing on PC.

Any laptop with a decent graphics card will run ESO, the only reason to have Stadia is if you're literally on the move too often, ie you're commuting far too often to be able to plug your laptop in and game.
Just as you said, this was a few minutes testing with what sounds like predetermined mind and really should be taken as such. The only thing solid is yes, no add on, but the rest is not common or true about stadia. It’s console experience without buying the console, and I can carry it to my mothers place every weekend so my son can play. I can play it in a hotel too.Don’t get me wrong, it was nice not to have to wait for the usual install business. But aside from that just - no. I think for sure that this game is so tedious that if it weren’t for addons I’d quit completely
