Should WW Behemoth be playable outside dungeons?

Think of it being added as an alternative ultimate to normal werewolf. But with several differences:

1. It keeps the long transformation animation because it serves as an ult warning.
2. It's much stronger and tougher than werewolf but slower. Your dash attack move would be your main mobility.
3. Because it's so slow it would be immune to roots and pulls completely. Stuns and other cc still apply.
4. And it's only useable after getting werewolf mastery completed. Showing it's supposed to be a mastered form.

Feels bad that it may just be left to rot in a dungeon when it's the coolest thing I've seen in this game since wolfhunter introduced them. I wanted them playable even way back then, but since they have a moveset it wouldnt be too hard to make them truly playable to players now.

    300 ult at rank 4 to get to werewolf and then from being in werewolf 300 ult.

    No, I don't think Behemoth should be a normal thing outside of the dungeon. However I do find it odd they have no qualms about creating a whole new skill line solely for the purpose of one dungeon yet spend years trying to create a semi-baked skill-line (like Psijic's) for general combat and game-play content.

    It is really odd how much work they put into it. That's another reason why I think all that work shouldn't be wasted in a one-time dungeon.

    As it stands right now with the right values the disadvantages would weigh in with the advantages... disadvantages like making you a huge target, and with very slow movement. Both of which are very anti-pvp making it niche like current werewolf but fun with situational advantages that make it good.

    Exactly. It could even keep high damage since it gives a huge warning with the transform animation. It's longer than blood scion and people already walk away from that one.

    Behemoth would be extremely tanky and damaging but with very low mobility. It would be a good ally ult if they keep up cc on your targets for you.

    But what would you replace? Both pack leader and berserker are actual useful morphs. Or are you advocating introducing a third morph option? (Personally I think there are several skills that are absolutely crying out for a third morph.)
    I'm not quite convinced in this case, unless normal werewolf form became a toggle (which I'd quite like to see anyway) and this was the (timed) ultimate available when in ww form.

    Actually it would be a different ult for werewolf, not a morph. Like do you slot werewolf or behemoth on your loadout?

    Still only usable for werewolf. That would allow behemoth to have it's own morphs too.

    After using the Goliath ult for Necromancer, I think this Behemoth ability is entirety reasonable.... :D
    Wow the Bone Goliath is strong, even in pvp I've had people use it and they are unkillable unless the group focuses on them.

    Even better is that it's already done. It just needs some numbers tuning and it would work easily. I could see it being strong but slow.

    Third Werewolf ultimate morph- specifically for tanking!

    Behemoth = WW Tank
    Pack Leader = WW support
    Beserker = WW DPS

    The werewolf skill line needs a overhaul in order to be equally competitive to the Goliath and Vampire scion transformation. The werewolf size should be increased as the idea behind the transformation should be something overwhelming in terms of combat ( dps and resilience ) since they are BEASTS. ESO should accommodate different ww transformations in order to fit the requirements for PVP and PVE creating a more interesting and unforgettable playtime.

    Thats exactly how I felt. It may work atm but it's size is so underwhelming. You basically don't even gain height.

    Regardless of how vampire works now, the graphics of it are so much better than werewolf. You almost double your size when using scion. Not to mention that they have an advanced form. Werewolf only has the base form, so they don't get any kind of rank or power more than the average werewolf.

    Doesn't help that they put werewolf behemoth in everything as enemies and 1 dungeon where its playable. ZOS wouldn't even need to do much besides add it and change around numbers.

    "large transformation" ultis are just so annoying in pvp. No one enjoys long periods of time where your target is unkillable or mega boosted stat wise

    That's because vampire and goliath are on short timers. Behemoth would be slow and kitable along with not having a free healing aoe. They also get all mobility options for weapons and classes.

    Who says it will be unkillable? Have you played the new dungeon? It's killable there even.
    It's not even made truly playable yet either so how do you know it would be like that?

    I don't see any negatives of making Behemoth playable outside of the dungeon

    Fully agree. The fact that it's basically already done makes it even more painful knowing that it's just sitting there ready to be used.
