PC NA Server Crash?

Grey17✭✭✭Im in Australia and have the same issue as above. Cannot load launcher. Cannot load announcements etc and cant connect to server.
When i connect to a VPN in the North America i can play as normal. So that is the fix for me. Cannot play without NA vpn.
Normal = much more laggy than normal.

The server isn't down. There's a major internet outage affecting many games and other websites depending on your location and the network route from there.1 -

✭CDN's are all messed up right now. Haven't been able to log all morning from northeast US. Keep getting to the "Requesting character load..." before getting booted back to account log-in screen where the Error 108 or 200 message pops up if I try again.
