Please give us means to farm Solitude furnishing plans

So, since the launch out of 200+ Solitude plans I got the staggering amount of 5! I saved a bunch of crowns for that gorgeous Antiquarian's Alpine Gallery when it becomes available but I have literally nothing thematic to put in it. Guild trader price for the plans is absolutely ridiculous.
Can you please put them in daily reward boxes (more than 24 of them at least) or in Harrowstorms so that we at least have some way to farm them that doesn't include being stuck in Nchuthnkarst for hours for a minuscule chance of them dropping?
I am not asking to repeat Elsweyr (although it would have been nice) but give us SOMETHING at least!
