ZOS WHY? Unleashed Terror Nerf Request

This set is annoying among all the proc sets they did buff to absurd level but even with malacath is no where near as bad in terms of dmg nor ez to land from distance like sheer venom which will double proc with a bow and executes or the infamous venomous smite which can be proc at range, a stamsorc can use this set the best with streak but the dmg isn't that great after resistances are factored in even with malacath because of it's condition with gap closers/chains etc
