Hi,the bug is when u finished the trail –Kyne's Aegis and Sunspire(all vet mode)there is no your personal best score record.And once u are jot be recorded,then u will be never recorded.And yes I mean the personal best score not the rank.This is my tickets 200815-006937.

This is my detail:
Im sure I eligible for a reward and met the criteria above.

Becaues I do a guild run,we into the door together,and i do certain i killed the first trash.I have my logs to prove that.

this following is ur request detail---

trial name :Kyne's Aegis(Veteran)

name in leaderboard: Banana Sweetie[EU]

time and date : the trial begin--2020/8/15 11:19am CEST (count in we into the door)
the trial end--- 2020/8/15 12:18am CEST (count in we kill the last boss)
the finial points 128804 (we 12 all in same point u can see in logs)

about Sunspire(Veteran) I do cleared that and also kill first trash and together into the

And,the bug is not only happen to me .I ask many ppl they all said someof them charact occur this bug.

Final,my ticket reply me that they will contact me soon,but when i check my support.The tickets just disappeared!
